Dr. Wu Xiaofang, Flora is Lecturer at the major of public administration. Prior to current appoitment, she got PhD degree from The Educational University of Hongkong. Her research interest focus on the social welfare policy and labor protection. Teaching courses include macro economy, public policy analysis and comparative social policy. She has published widely in the areas of political economy of welfare state, public health and labor welfare. Her articles appear in international journals such as policy & Society, Asiapacific Jounral of Social Work and Development, as well as Chinese journals and book chapters.She is recipient of various grants from Guangdong Philosophy and Social Science Fund, National Social Science Foundation of China and other funds for social welfare policy.
