Heyan Yang(杨和焰)，Ph.D (Nanjing University, 2008), and Associate Professor of Political Science; Supervisor of master students; Visiting scholar at Illinoise University at Champaign-Ubana in the USA(2010.8-2011.8), Teaching courses include Constitutional and Administrative Law and An Introduction to Science of Law for undergraduates, Local Government and Local Governance and Institutional analysis and public policy research for master students; Research fields include Politics Development, China's audit system etc; Having Published over 20 articles and some of them published in CSSCI journals, etc.
